Corn is a grass native to America, which the people in Central Mexico began cultivating at least 7,000 years ago. It’s the number one grain crop grown in the United States.

Today, corn is grown on every continent except Antarctica. From the food we eat to the products we use every day, corn plays a bigger role in our lives than you might think. Learn all there is to know about corn.
