Louisiana Ag Week — March 17-21, 2025
Louisiana Ag Week celebrates the contributions of agriculture to our everyday lives. The goal of Louisiana Ag Week is to share how food and fiber products are produced, promote the essential role of agriculture in maintaining a strong economy, and appreciate the role agriculture plays in providing safe, abundant and affordable products. Together, let's cultivate a deeper understanding, appreciation, and vibrant future for Louisiana agriculture.
Celebrate Louisiana Agriculture Video Contest
Participate in Louisiana Ag Week by competing in a video contest. Share your vision for celebrating Louisiana agriculture through a creative and engaging video.
WHO?
Students who are currently in 9th through 12th grade may submit a video.
WHAT?
Make an original film inspired by the 2025 contest theme: Celebrate Louisiana Agriculture. Film should be 60-90 seconds long and showcase the amazing Louisiana agriculture industry.
One entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries will be disqualified. Copyright laws must be followed.
WHEN?
Entries must be uploaded to Dropbox by 11:59 p.m. on February 17, 2025.
HOW?

Entries must include the following, uploaded as a single ZIP file or folder:
- completed video
- official entry form and release signed by a parent/guardian
WHY?
Winners will be announced during Louisiana Ag Week. A panel of judges will decide the winners. Winning videos will be featured on the website and social media. Cash prizes will be awarded.
Awards:
Cash prizes will be awarded for first ($150), second ($100) and third ($50) places.
